Lake Chapala Master Builders opened it's property management division late in 2007, to fill a need for dependable, affordable management of homes that are vacant for a portion of the year. The rental service also stems from requests for someone responsible to advertise homes for rent, screen potential tenants, and oversee the property during the owner's absence.
We offer weekly physical inspections of the property, whether we are managing, or renting it for the owners. In addition to bill payment and monthly accounting statements, we have a staff to perform repairs that may be needed while your property is in our care. We are able to provide housekeepers, gardeners, plumbers, electricians, glass repair and locksmith services.
Our office, which is in Los Flores Plaza, in Ajijic, is staffed from 9:00 to 5:00, five days a week, and a half day on Saturday. We are accessible to both homeowners and tenants as well as potential tenants. Also, because problems don't always happen between 9:00 and 5:00, we have a 24 hour emergency contact number.
Sarah Cole, who is managing the division, has been in the real estate industry for 40 years, 2 of those in Mexico. She has the skills and knowledge to handle your property, whether it is renting or managing, and the ethics and conscience to take care of your home as if it were her own.
